Service Overview

All services are provided on a retained basis with a minimum two month engagement. This ensures sufficient time for onboarding, preference alignment and delivery of a consistently high standard of service.

Each retainer package gives you a pre-paid fixed amount of hours per month.

Services commence on the agreed start date and continue on a rolling monthly basis thereafter.

Time is tracked and rounded up or down to the nearest 15 minutes.

Retainer hours include briefing time.

Packages do not carry over from month to month.

Requests outside scope may be declined or offered as a separate one off service at an additional fee.
- Services are billed monthly in advance and payment is due prior to commencement of each service period.
